The Northport Historical Society Web site was produced without charge by the Mentorship Program of the Long Island Web Developers Guild.

The LIWDG is a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to serve the entrepeneur, creative, technical, and business professional leading the New Media industry on Long Island. The Guild serves as a networking and skills exchange resource for Web site developers and digital graphic artists. The goal of the Guild is to nurture the development of the New Media industry on Long Island and provide both professional and social contacts for Long Island Web Developers.
